| Tuition is due by the 1st of each month. It is late after the 1st. If tuition is
2 weeks late, a $5
late fee is added. Adding the late fee after the 15th of the month (regardless of holidays and weekends) allows 2 weeks time to be late and still pay without penalty. Once a student's account becomes
one month behind, they may not attend class until the account is brought up to date. Some pay two months at a time for convenience. It works best if you begin this in October. The
year's tuition is divided into
equal monthly payments, regardless of the number of classes in a given month. The only exception to this is August, since the Registration and Recital Fees are also being paid at that time.
Additional children (brothers and sisters) receive
a $10 a month discount. Always get a receipt for
cash payments. It will have to be presented in case of a payment question.

HOLIDAYS AND CLASSES
MISSED: There are no deductions or refunds made for holidays or classes missed. We also do not charge extra for 5-week months.

MAKE-UP
CLASSES: Make-up classes are provided at no extra cost. After missing a class and when you return, talk to the teacher of the class you missed to find out a class you may
attend

CANCELLED
CLASSES: If we ever have to cancel an individual class due to severe weather or emergency, it will be re-scheduled or a credit will be made. During
severe weather, or any other time of evident emergency,
call 281-499-1111 and check for a message of cancellation.

REGISTRATION/RECITAL FEE: is non-refundable. From the date we are notified by you of your dropping a class, any unused tuition will be refunded. Until notification, tuition applies.

RETURNED
CHECKS: There will be a $20 charge on all returned checks.

YEARLY
PERFORMANCE: All students participate in our Annual Performance (May
17) as part of their dance training. It will be held at the Stafford Performing Arts Theatre. Each class will have their own
costume (ordered ready-made), in the closest size to your child's measurements and some alterations may be necessary on your part. Costumes are paid for in advance and ordered
in mid November.
Performance Tickets: Each student will receive 1
free ticket and each family will receive 2 free tickets (for parents). Additional tickets will be available
for cash purchase in advance at our office and at the theatre door
prior to the performance.
